Turbo 3.9

I'm looking into turbo charging a 3.9L LZG engine. Does anyone know of any issues I might run into with emissions stuff not working? I plan to have the ECU reflashed with a new OS to support the 2+bar map stuff and have it dyno tuned.

who needs emissions. straight pipe it!
if you have a air pump you might, and i would reccommend upgrading the cats, other than that i dont see any issues? is this a swap or an exsiting motor in a current car?
