Did you have any clearance problems with the Centerforce clutch? Have the part number perhaps?

With the plenum flipped, how will the intake plumbing clear your strut tower? Are you going to cut and modify the neck on the plenum? Great thread, I enjoy watching your progress.

it shoud fit, see alltrbos thread about halfway down this page.

so unless a 3100 intake is at a drastically different angle than a 3500, I think it should be fine.

              I believe his was modified.

BMWGuru's post a bit more than half way down this page explains what he did:

oh shit... well... uh... sawzall time...

kinda nice though, because now I'll eliminate the need for an adapter, which should make for a cleaner install.

just realized I never posted pics of my front trans mount, so here they are.

along with some progress pics of the power steering kit.

finished my power steering pump mount, also worked on my new tensioner set up.

power steering pump mount almost done, a little more welding, a trip to the blasting cab, and paint then it's done.

I was able to modify my belt routing and catch a bolt on the face of the block too.

and my intake clears the belt now too, if it clears the strut tower....
