is it really necessary to use the little clips that hold the injector to the rail when the whole rail is bolted to the intake?

I've left them on for N/A, but wouldn't think about them not being there for boost.
Either way, they make pulling the fuel rail easier later on. -

Yeah, they are at least that in the local yards here as well. In fact the pricing has gone up about 20% on all salvage parts in the last month or so for some reason.Comment
