    '90 3.1L V6

I have a 1990 Pontiac 6000 with the 3.1L MPFI V6. Well being 16 I want to squeak every little horsepower out of the motor. Any suggestions? I do not want to swap the motor, although I have no problems with swapping heads. I have heard of putting on early 3400 heads. How much power could I expect to gain from this? I am also looking to swap the camshaft, putting on headers and a cold air intake. I am also looking into a turbo swap. Any recommended parts or is there anything I'm missing?

the head swap should be accompanied by a cam swap for sure, so that you make the best of the higher flowing heads.
