does anyone have any exploded diagrams available for the Cam phaser on the gen 4 motors? I know that they can change timing up to 40 degrees, but that is the only technical data I have on them.

any specific reason? alldata isn't giving me anything useful.
the way it works in the 3500/3900(assuming i'm remembering it correctly), is that when given no signal, the cam is in the fully advanced position, change the duty cycle of the signal to control the amount of retard.Comment

If you want to control the VVT, VCT, whatever you want to call it, look at diyautotune.com. They have a cam position controller that I was looking at when I almost bought a 3900.Comment
