Just installed stock 3100 in 1990 cavalier ,engine runs great no codes except code 12,my problems is when I'm at full throttle car gets rich and stubble at 3000 rpm ,the thing is I have an external fuel pump so when I turn pump off while it's running car revs quick with no stumble until gas is gone.could this be my regulator holding to much fuel pressure ?
