Ok going to do this I have a block thats been punched out from a 2.8 to a 3.4. I have cast rods aluminum pistons. 9.3-1 compression ratio. I want to spray 150-200 shot of nitros.I need to find out how far to go with heads intake exhaust. what pistons rods and all the reast that I need to go 10s-11s

how is it you have downgraded from stock Forged rods to cheaper cast rods??
what are your pistons?? cast aluminum? are they just the stockers?
get some forged pistons, go back to forged rods with some ARP bolts. or go with some aftermarket 327 rods and narrow them to work.
then worry about the rest.
