    The self imposed 300 hp limit was because I am using a stock short block with 50k on it. I plan to change the cam, clean up the ports, valve job and replace the valve springs. Most of this is just for bling at the cruise-ins and shows as well as bragging rights. I rarely exceed the speed imit, just like to get there quick. I must be getting old.

    Here's a shot of the EVO8 intercooler... roughly 19 x 11 x 2.75 with 2.5 IN & OUT

      germ has pushed 15psi through his test engine but im not sure how many miles it has on it, 50k really isnt to bad

              hopefully the trans will not take a dump on you, but the extreme light weight will reduce the stress on the tranny.

              Or do you plan on doing something too the trans itself also?

                I am considering swapping to a 4T60 tranny with a fresh rebuild and a 2500 stall convertor. I think it will be fine due to the weight and I am pretty easy on it really.

                        I assume you are asking me. Sure... you are more than welcome to use the pics, but I would recommend that you print the pics on sheet metal since paper pics would not be able to withstand the exhaust heat. :P JFWY... Have a ball man and good luck with your project.

                            98 malibu with the 3100, its pretty much stock

                            no snorkle and the maf screen is removed and the maf is getting ported and polished... oh and it has a 180* t-stat so i can beat on it a lil more

                            once i get it fixed we'll have to meet up
