where can i get a ecm reprogramed, 96 3100

I was wondering where i could get my ecm reprogrammed for my 96 olds cutlass supreme 3100. I have been looking and cant find anything.

Because there is no where... DHP (www.digitalhorsepowerinc.com) MIGHT be able to do something with it, but it will be very limited if anything.
