1/2" is honestly excessive. You wont warp 3/8" thats for sure. Oh and it is 316 Alloy

yeah,...The individuals I made, with they're sleeker profile even look huge on the heads. I've gotta look for turbos somewhere else. I did some in-depth research and the ones I were looking to buy were way to powerful for a Twin-Turbo set-up below 300hp. I'd like to get just a little less than 50% of stock hp out of them. What I'd really like to find is a set of T2's from a SAAB 9000.

What are you putting that into. Also I see provisions for an electric water pump. Good looking front cover.

Brad was going to see if he can get his hands on some heads. But if you have a drawing I can have em cut in 1 day.

Right now I dont have a drawing. I am currently churning up an iron head drawing.

Your right Geoff, electric water pump required. I got an EWP pump and controller from Australia made by Davies Craig. The cost was around $350, but out of a store here in the U.S. the price was $650. The car is an old Triumph Spitfire. Here's pic of it in it's approximate location, I was hoping to not have to cut a hole in the bonnet but I don't think I'm gonna get away with it.

From the picture you can see the sorry state of the body. I guess you could say I like to start with "Worst Case Scenario" challenges.

Ok guys I have finished the iron head drawing. However I do not have a spare set of heads. If anyone does ahve a set would they mind test fitting a 10guage template for me? Whoever does this for me will get a free set of flanges when they are cut!
