              1 bank of cyl's??????

              just a couple notes....

replace TB conector with silicone, that will melt for sure and start popping off. trust me, i used one just like it before, didnt take me to long to realize the problem. silicone for the win!

cheapest on the net, http://www.siliconeintakes.com/ and tbolt clamps too. cant beat his prices.

next, plastic melts. any wire you have within 6"s of that exhaust turbine is going to melt and/or become hard and brittle. not good.

also, wrap that upper charge pipe that is going into the TB with some header wrap or some other heat barrier. not doing so is basically negating the use of an intercooler.

otherwise, not to bad and good luck.

hey my plenum! yea, the reason i ditched it is cuz i was havin a hard time keepin a silicone coupler on my tb, and the crossover was very close to the charge pipe, so i found it easier to just go back to the 3400 plenum. but either way it looks good man

I think germ thinks the turbo is only connected to one bank of cylinders, it looks to be connected to both from what I can see in the pictures though.

                      in this picture, http://60degreev6.com/discussion/use...gine_bay_1.jpg

it appears that you have the turbo running off of only the front 3 cyls.

the downpipe for the turbo would appear to go back into the crossover area and back down into the stock downpipe area for the rear header.

and i do not see any piping that would indicate that the rear bank of cyl's are meeting with the front cyls before the turbo...

thus, you are running the turbo off of 1 bank of cyls

                      correct????

there appears to be a Y going into the Turbo, thats what leads me to think different.

its running off both banks of course, look you can see the flange of the rear header, i just didnt make the crossover yet. you can see that the flange of the rear header coonnnects to the y of the crossover...

then another 3 inch pipe will run above the crossover and out down the stock exit.

pretty cramped but what are you gonna do, right?

so your going to block off the stock downpipe hole on the rear header then huh?

i did that for my first setup too. becareful, i went through 2 rear mani's because they like to crack because the flow is horrid going into the xover to the turbo.

i finally ended up making some headers.

germ, look at the one pic comparing the rear header to the rear manifold.

i am not using the stock garbage manifolds, i made front and rear headers. no compromises on this project.

just wait till i get it all done and wrapped then ill give you some pics.
