At what RPM will the stock cam and valves with stock springs begin to float?

1999 Chevrolet Lumina 3100 - Wife took it at 158,340 miles
1989 Volvo 740GL Wagon 2.3 8v - 232,050 miles -
THink it also depends on the age and miles on the car too.
I had fairly new springs and valves (bout 2 yrs old), and got float at 4500 RPM (at ~11 PSI of boost tho)Comment

yes, age will will weaken the springs.Andy
