Has anyone tried a 3x00 intake on a 2.8, especially the large runner variant? Is the plenum volume too big to be useful for the 2.8? Any ideas, thoughts, comments?

the 2.8 would bennefit greately with a gen3 top end, of course a bigger cam would help out alot as well... the 3.1/3400 hybrids were breaking Jbodies into the high 13's a few years ago... you can't use just the plenum, gotta use the heads and LIM too...
i'd imagine 1st gear would be about useless tho...
