Yes, it's very small and not insulated at all. It's a rental and the guy who lives there is an ex-mortician.

Holy crap is it just me or does the house in the background look TINY!

Am I missing something in that picture or is it really just that small?

The pattern worked very well. i have both collectors welded together, just need some grinding to make them pretty. I'll post pics later on of how they came out.

BTW, Summit header pipe sucks to weld. It's cheaper for a reason.

i had enough 1 3/4" pipe to cut 2 out, they look MUCH better than what i was doing. More pipe is on the way

With any luck i'll have them cut out and welded on by Sunday night. Ordering my ball/socket flanges tonight.

A 4 axis laser cutter would be perfect for making them. I would love to just have a cnc table for my plasma cutter. Not as nice as a laser but it would be nice to have for prototypes. Maybe I will get a chance to build one someday.

Thanks, that's exactly what i needed!

The nibblers were following the curve of the pipe which really messed it up, i'll just cut these with the plasma cutter.

Dave... I put together templates for 1.63 x 2.0 x 7 and 1.63 x 2.5 x 7.0 merge tubes. These are not exact but will get you pretty close. It seems to be easier to trim some off the ends before welding and finish grind the faces when done.

all stock IROC wheels are 16's. The Z28's and base models got the 15's like these:

i would like to get a set of stock 15's for track tires one of these days..
