15.4 is far from the potential peak for this setup. Not all of us care to drive a go kart around.

Hey i didnt mean to offend but i dont get it. why try to make a heavy front wheel drive family car "fast"?
Why not keep it stock and use it everyday and get something that can be made fast easily with the same engine? Im not saying Fiero but even a Cavalier is light enough to be fun to play with.1984 Indy Fiero 3.4L

His gran prix is probbly the 2 door. not all W's are 4 doors. looks really sharp in my opinion.i'd work it up if it was mine, but i think they weigh in at around 3300lbs dessed to kill, so i wouldn't hope for too much. v8 F-bodies tip the scales at 3500 or so.If you aren't friends with a liar, you aren't friends with anyone.

No donk, because I can do what I want regardless of what anyone thinks. I don't have a pushrod, but I used to modify my old 3.1 in the grand prix. You know, not all of us are in competition with everyone else, we do it for the challenge, or to see what we can do with a certain platform.
Id rather drive a "boringmobile" than a blazing fireball down the road.Ben

Front and center!...Oh before the Tatmobile died I had a chance to drive it once more....Something happend with that car since we last messed with it. I think it like finally broke itself in. Rest assured it would've done a number on my car even now...Shame the fucker never got it back to the track...He still has the factory oil cooler....THAT I WANT! This car had headers and Flowmasters, high lift long duration cam, High compression, LS6 springs, and related hardware, custom length pushrods, and a 62 mm tb. Basically all the same stuff mine has except his engine is a 3100 and he had some form of header on there. Oh and now I have a bigger cam and exhaust through out. And despite what you people might think, you try fitting a familly into anyone of these cars and you are going to REALLY drag your ass around town! I look at these two door W cars as a Personal Luxury American Aero Coupe.
Oh yeah I'm in it because....as much as I knock it I do love MY car and I have ideas to make it more of what I'd like it to be. In this case for the engine, Cheap and Simple to fix and spry when I need it to be. But at $2.85 for high test, I might have to cut down on the spryness........

14.90@90.81 is the quickest I've heard of so far. This was a 1994 Grand Prix with a 3100 in it w/ the following stuff done.
50hp shot of nitrous, 58mm throttle body(supposedly a modified 3400 tb), ported manifolds(intake(s) at least), FFP underdrive pulley, and a modified exhaust("stock pipe, with mufflers removed and small resonators added,").
The guy that ran this also ran 16.10 at best before the nitrous and said he ran 16.3's on average. He lives in Michigan and runs at Milan Dragway(I believe that's supposedly a pretty good track to run on.)
I plan to beat his time later this year with a NA 3.1 MPFI.

The nitrous shot kills it being the fastest NA time. So you are back to him running a 16.1...-Brad-

I'm pretty sure Corey only meant NA as in no turbo or supercharger since he has a nitrous kit that he purchased and will probably use for his fastest times(???). I'm planning to use nitrous on my 3.1 MPFI.....but I don't really care about being the "fastest." My goals are to attempt to spray a nearly stock car into the high 13's/low 14's(likely starting at some low-mid 17second ET's at my local track
)......I'm not worried about the engine/transaxle in the car so I have a lot of room to play with. I'm willing to bet the motor will live since I plan on doing some supporting modifications when I run the nitrous, but I doubt my 4T60-E will make it out fully functioning. I'll make my own topic later this year before I hit the track.
