  • Are GEN II & GEN III Head Bolts the Same?

Can anyone tell me if GEN II and GEN III head bolts are the same length? I have a set of GEN II's but no GEN III's to compare them to.

    Thanks!

Yes, they are the same length. Some have a stud on top or a place to put a bolt on top but they are compatible for holding down the heads.

      x2..

If you buy a set of the Felpro bolts for a 3400 the package actually says "2.8/3.1" on the side. I just used those same bolts for my 3500 heads too.
