                  I logged out and can view it as a guest, so it doesn't make sense why you can't. Go to the main page and click on it from there and see if you can read it.

                        Nevermind. I got it fixed. Appears it was an undocumented feature that was "added" to the software. People had complained about users commenting in the forum area instead of the CMS area, so this is how they fixed it. Had to do some file edits, but it appears to be back to the way it was now.
