Terms and conditions and coupon code

I'm ordering some stuff from WOT-tech,and wondering if there is a coupon code or anything for %10 off or something.
I can get the same parts cheaper here,but the ship time is the same either way so I wouldn't mind supporting the site-but I didn't get rich by paying retail for everything so I gotta ask. (all chain parts stores do have a secret "Courtesy" 10% discount available if you know how to ask.)

Also,when trying to order I have to check the box that says I understand the "terms and conditions".
My issue is when I click to read the terms and condition's I simply get a 404 error code.
I'm not going to click a box saying I understand something that's not there,so can that be fixed so I can order or can someone give me the link I need to read the terms and conditions?

I have sales from time to time but I do not have a 10% discount code.

Cool,thanks anyway-I can get the same thing local for about $30 cheaper though after 10% and no ship charges.
