Would you be concerned if the bottom (Internal engine side) of that intake was powdercoated? Would you go through the trouble of removing the coating from the bottom of the intake before installation?

I wouldn't spend the time to remove powdercoat, but overall its not something I would consider as I don't powdercoat the bottom of manifolds and I don't port manifolds that are powdercoated on the bottom.

Beauty! What is the estimated turnaround time on those heads?

4-6 weeks right now. I hope to get caught up on engine builds, the test stand, and updating the store with 3400 porting, and 3500 manifold updates.
