3.8 and 60*V6 oil pans

Is there any chance the 3.8 and 60*V6 oil pans are interchangable?

I think I have my answer. It appears the 60*V6 pan rails are at the crank center line. Correct? Well, if so, it's a no go.

That is correct. I was wondering what you were looking at it for though. More capacity?

I have a pan I made up for a Solo I car that had a 231 in it. I thought I had a buyer but it won't fit in his racecar. Just wondering if I could get any good out of it before it goes to EBay.

And yeah, you can never have too much oil, as long as it's under control.
