        Yeah, the 3.4 DOHC was the last GM engine with a timing belt (well, except for the Isuzu 4-cyl which is now discontinued, and the new Aveo might have a belt, not sure and possibly one of the industrial engines has a belt)

        Timing belts are the Devil!

            I have that pic as my background on the desktop computer. I have the complete pic set from GM as well...I guess I can upload them.

              My friend's dad works at a dealer ship, and said the guy's at the dealer who beat on the customers cars all the time, , said they raced a cts with the 3.6 against a new gtp and the gtp had it out of the hole, but the cts took it after that!

                It doesnt look like it'll be used in a transverse application based on the position of the intake, so I think it'll be alright
