I got a set of gapless rings for the 3.4 DOHC pistons (96). They are pretty expensive but if you want gapless you gotta pay.Ben

Yes, they are total seal. Im not sure but I do know that you should run a catch can on the PCV setup to collect the oil vapors that the engine sucks through. Seems to be a bigger issue with the total seal rings.Ben
