Cracks on head around spark plug hole?

Hey guys i just did valve cover gaskets on my 3.4 and i noticed there were 4 cracks going each way on the head by cyl 6 plug hole. This was also the cyl theat oil was leaking in the tube do you think that it's a big deal or not. Does not seem to be running bad except for the intake leak that is? any help or input would help

If you have cracks in the head, something is very wrong. Your cam carrier shouldn't have cracks either. I dunno which you are actually looking at but if you can take a pic that would help.
