heres a new problem; at idle and up to 3,500 rpms there is a constant put put put put. it dies down, but is still there after 3,500 rpm. #2 plug boot and plug were black w/ a gas smell, but the gapped end of the plug looked ok as far as i could tell. so i call the zone and they say that they got the rapid fire #12s in and when i got to get one they don't have any. so i had to get a bosch platinum(not the plat.4) and this didn't fix it. would this have anything to do w/ the 180 t-stat, running on the stock chip(till ben sends the ffp back)?

i dont think it'd make the trip! lol. i believe its the coil pack(s). the # 2 & 4 plugs are dirty, but the gapped ends are ok(took out the bosch, put back the RF 12), both smell like gas, the others are ok. the putt sound is like a go cart/4-wheeler.http://www.w-body.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=24111
