91-93 (-95?) valve spring specs

Can someone tell me the valve spring rate for 91-93 3.4 TDC? I guess its probably the same for 94 and 95 as well, right? Getting some work done on my heads and the machine shop wants specs so they can see if any of mine are far off..

should be 80# at 1.4" and 180# at 1.03. This could also be 72 and 172 if you go by the new TRW valve spring spec.

So they're progressive rate, eh? Or does that work out to be linear? I dont know the free spring length to calculate it..

1.6551" is the length of the spring off the head.
