I noticed latelly that my car has lost power. I put it on the scanner today and noticed im gettin knock retard above like 2500 rpms like up to 12 degree's. Also my intergrator and blm are low. M intergrator... was around 128- down to 124. my blm dropped to like 112 during normal driving. Can these to be related. I keep gettin a code for MAP sensor..but its a brand new map sensor. ANY INFO would be greatly appreciated. BTW Its 1992 Grand Prix GTP 3.4 DOHC

Check the wiring for the MAP, mostly the 5 volt reference. It probably ties into something else though I dunno for sure, maybe TPS? Anyway, the INT is fine, the blm is low though. Check your fuel pressure...though I suspect the MAP or a related MAP issue is your real issue.
What scanner are you using? Can you send me a datalog?Ben

I have a Snap MT2500... or i can use freescan with my laptop... i think i can log a over view with free scan... ill try tonite.. as for my MAP sensor the clip is broken n i think it keeps coming loose ive yet to find one in the junk yard i can just slice in its place. However, even with it plugged in correctly and with no SES my knock retard is still at higher RPMS...Would a lean condition cause my car to ping intially cutting back on spark? I believe when the car bLM go bellow 128 its adding fuel? Correct me if im wrong.1996 Dodge Ram 5.9/4x4

no, its cutting fuel if it goes below 128. Someone online was saying that 97 injectors are higher output than 91-95 but I dunno for sure. Could be it. Send me a freescan file of it idling, cruising, and then WOT.Ben
