    Valve Springs

For the Comp Cam Valve Springs, what seats would need to be used? And any pros and cons of these?

Modified 4.6 SOHC ford seats. Need 2 boxes. Should I just start selling the springs with the seats?

I think you should at least give that option to select with seats or without. What would have to be done to the seats? As you said Modified.

      Thanks, Ken

Are the stock springs different from comparison with the intake and exhaust?

My problem is right now I have to either use my stock springs or get sealed power ones at 9$ a piece. The gm ones are discontinued. I have so much money is this car it is killing me. I had 88,000 miles on the stock ones. My car is going to be driven about 3,000 a year once done. My questions is what is going to be the diference in replacing the springs. Is i going to run better? Faster? I need to know before I spend 200$ on damn springs.

If you wanted to sell the valve seats, I would take a set! IMO, it would be nice to be able to buy the springs with everything you need to install them.

Thats what I am gonna do. I will be ordering a lot of seals for the pushrods monday so I will see if they have the 4.6 SOHC and how much those would be.

Has anyone modified the 4.6 SOHC valve stems and take pics? If so can you post the pic?

And are they supposed to be modified to the same height as the stockers? And what tool is best to use on this?
