what is the diffrence between the 92 z24 3.4L auto program and the 91 GP 3.4L auto? would a "hypertech" type chip be compatible between the two?

a Z24 is a 3.1, not a 3.4. The Z34 is the 3.4 DOHC and they are all compatible.

Hypertech? Nothing. They don't make any worthwhile changes. Im not aware of anything else making more than 1hp besides the chips I do.
