Hey everyone, known about this for a while, but never really owned a 60 degree v6 till the otherday, I bought a 86 firebird with a 2.8 v6 for a few hundred bucks, but its got a nasty knock, I'll post a thread in the other section.

Probably a spun bearing, like all the others. Looks like a good candidate for a 3.4 swap from a '93-'95 F-bod.
