Looks like the item shipped. All of this could have been avoided if the guy had of just responded to the e-mails or PMs. I understand when stuff happens but when he ignored me I had to do something. We will see how it goes and what kind of shape the item is in when it gets here.

thats pretty much what i told him time and time again. a little communication goes a long way.

i sent multiple pm's and whatnot and it wasnt till i called him in a non threatening manner, then magically the next day i heard from him.

lesson for him in the future communication saves alot of bullshit.

i gave him 2 full weeks to produce the product on my doorstep after the day he said he received the money order anything after that and i assume you took the money and ran. UPS or FED EX will not take more than a week at standard rate.

It's a lot harder to stick someone with Mail Fraud than it is to file a dispute on Paypal and get your money back. Money orders screw you over, I got one put it in a security envelope and mailed it and they have currently lost it... now for ME to get MY money back I need to pay them MORE to cancel the money order and refund me... talk about a f-over, Paypal is more direct and WAY safer. Money Orders are a thing of the past, like a floppy disc.

If paypal gets no response from him they will get your money back, and then pursue the holder of the account you sent the money to. They have more ways to find him since they have bank account numbers, CC numbers, and addresses linked to the user.

he did this to me when i bought the headers form him last month. he sent me a PM saying that he got the postal money order i sent, well two weeks went by and no headers arrived.

so i sent him like 4 or 5 PM's no response in the two weeks and then magically he appeared and said he was busy or something like that. anyone who is familiar with postal money orders know that once its in there hands and they do anything with it its mail fraud. one of the reasons i use them so if someone tries to be a douche they just commited mail fraud.

how long has it been since you paid and have you heard from him since the day you paid. it took him two weeks for him to contact me. this was 600 bucks from me for the set of TOG headers, so yeah you can immagine after a couple of weeks of not hearing from someone im gonna get pissed and give a last warning before i seek actions.

oh yeah and i also found his phone number and left a message clearly stating pretty much what i just typed. i searched for his phone number through a white pages site.

all i searched for was his name and city/state since thats all i had to go by.

if he's gonna sell stuff online he needs to learn better communication.

I heard from him right after I sent payment on 10/31. He stated he would ship that afternoon or Saturday 11/1. On 11/1 he said the shipper closed at 4 and he would ship Monday 11/3. I have not heard word one from him since.

I have sent PMs through this site as well as e-mails using the PayPal e-mail address. I opened a dispute with PayPal which he didn't respond to within 3 days so I escalated it to a claim. There still has been no response on his part.

I didn't put this on a CC and wish I would have. If PayPal can't recover the money the CC would. If I don't get the product or my money I will be more than happy to file charges. I am working on my file so that all the LE has to do is go pick him up.

We shall see.

I have done that, of course that is a 10 day process.

So long as THEY don't get the cash, better late than never. I did it on the 29th day after the purchase and PayPal withheald the $$ for the sellers account.
