      Any size. In my profile setup, I can't seem to get Avatar to work. It won't show any images.I have my own images, but they are all more than 6 KB. Even after resizing, the lowest I can get is 54KB.

        And are you sure its at or within 80x80 pixels too?

        Some jpg's you can turn down the quality to reduce the size...

          And if you're using Photoshop to do it, use the "save for web" instead of "save as". For some reason it makes a significant difference in file size without a noticeable quality hit.
