Frontier DSL issues, anyone else had them?

I'm still tickled, lol. I'm sure it will considering my upload speed is now higher than what my download speed was. I can finally leave videos on youtube in HD now too.

BOO! We can't get 6mbit here, just 1.5. I was gonna upgrade last night but we don't have the option. FAIL!

FiOS is on my Christmas list, but apparently from what I've read, Frontier is a horrible company as far taking care of the customer goes. I guess I was in better hands with Verizon...

this is true, FWIW.

i had frontier's 1Mbps plan.... only saw that for a few hours during the night, other than that it seemed to be capped to ~512K.
