lumina z34 throttle cable

I was just wondering if anyone knows how to tighten up the throttle cable cable on my car. My pedal feels like the one in my mom's buick

if you are talkin about the tension, you will have to pull the throttle plate out and spin the spring around 1 more time. Dunno how tight it will get though.
