seriously fbi? How do you even get in contact with them about petty claims like these?
The one rule I learnt in all my ebay yrs is ship with tracking number (its free if you buy the postage online otherwise 1 dollar in office) no matter what, cause I got scammed one too many times.

I agree on the tracking # with ebay labels. I sell stuff on ebay, and thats about the only way you're guaranteed your funds if your a seller. Plus the postage is a little bit cheaper.
