    Welders Corner

Due to a recent post that went astray, I figured we needed a place for welders to brag.

Post your experience....Remember, all welders have different backgrounds and different jobs.

I can weld a Pop can together, but I can't stick weld worth a shit. So,...Just what do you do?

MIG, TIG, Stick, Oxy, Plasma Cutting. My claim to fame was welding cracks and breaks on aluminum cylinder heads. Then finshing them like nothing ever happened.

I learned to stick weld on my bike as a kid, with my fathers antique power supply.

Holey shit man, I knew you were old, but damn! Those pyramids are something like 5000 years old (or 10,500 years old if you follow certain other theories).

                            And my welding abilities?

                            I can birdshit-weld well enough to get a non-critical job done. :P

Well,... I had to pull the belt in for the Shuttle. Damn thing blew up anyway, never figured that out.

                              Surely someone wants to brag.......
