On my 01 ga gt when lookin at front of car the Gap in the hood is about 1/8 inch difference from drivers side to pass. side. IS THERE ANY WAY TO ADJUST THIS .... It makes the car look retarded..

Loosen the bolts on hinges and shift to the direction you want closed up.....it takes a while but its possible.....when I had my cowl hood made I had gap issues but a little shifting side to side got lined up pretty good.

Are you talking about the gap between the hood and fenders or hood and bumper? There are 2 adjustment nuts for the hood to bumper and as Chris said, you gotta mess with the hinges for the fender to hood gap.
