anywhere from 600-a few grand for a dry sump pump and then you need the lines and a bracket to mount the pumpOriginally posted by sappyse107How much does it cost to go dry sump? Ive thought about using it for something later on but haven't spent any time looking into the parts or costs.

RE: Re: RE: For Sale: !!!!!RARE!!!!! RFRE 60 degree V6 dry s
For a 3 Stage pump (like this is set up for) your looking at 150-450 on ebay.
The difference is this pan gives you about 3 inches more ground clearance so you can lower your engine in your bay for better CG if you want. It has internal baffles and screens. Has 2 -10AN(?) bungs on one side of the pan behind the baffles and screens. Looks like it started life as a production oil pan at one time for the mounting flange.
3 Stage means 2 scavange and 1 pressure. So it "sucks" from 2 points in the oil pan and "blows" in through a oil filter adapter.
This isnt for someone looking for a "$20 dollar 50hp IAC chip" or something. This is for a serious race motor.
ILL TRADE FOR IT IF YOU WANT.
Newer style dohc intake and tb
91-95 dohc header flanges
3x00 main caps and oil pan
whatever you got...something cool or whatever.
Or if your hot to trot and wanna throw cash Ill take 50 and shipping for it.1984 Indy Fiero 3.4L
