I used to get these all the time and now I cant find them anywhere? were they superceeded with a different part number or something?

I dont have a UV type burner, so whats a similar chip that I can get?

Since it's twice the memory in size does it require some kind of double data programming process where you enter to copies of the data into the chip some how to take up the extra memory?

you write all your normal 29C256 data on the 2nd half of the 512 chip. Offset at 8000 start.
