i got a 91 sunbird GT 3.1L 5 speed stick shift. I am woundering how i can override or disable the speed limiter so i can got above 160km.

The chips on the 60V6 store can get rid of it, or you can get a chip burner and reprogram it. If you don't care about getting more power from the engine I am sure you can find someone to just flash the limiter for you.Ben
