fuel, i cant get the f'ing injectors to fire... (checked with noid light) was running98 venture pcm, thought "maybe bad pcm" grabed an 01 impala, same issue...
goiing to re-scope out all the sensor readings tonight, and try the 98 ecm again :/

I don't know if it's the same for OBD2, but OBD1 needs extra grounds from the block to ECM to fire the injectors. Did you test to see if you have power at the injector plug with the ignition on? You could also try triggering them manually. Would get you enough fuel in the manifold to see if the rest of it's working. Good luck.

was bad pcm... flashed a yard pcm w/ the non-vatts 98 programing, got injecors and all, taped it with a hit of starting fluid... it started for all of 10seconds before it went CLUNK
and locked up

Sounds like it's time for a trip to Crazy Rays. There were 2 3500s at the Edgewood yard last weekend. My condolences.

ohh, nice, thats good to know, the one on erdman ave didnt have any sat when i went (was just looking for misc nuts and bolts) well hopefully i wont need that? :/ but probably will lol...
