I may be getting a 2.8 out of a 91 s10 for free. I'll be putting this in my chevette. Can I use any aluminum heads on this block and what heads can I use? I'm looking to do this on the cheap. Can I do carbed with any of the aluminum heads?

3400 heads will work BUT you will need alot of parts to do a FULL topend swap
Heads
Lower Intake Manifold
Upper Intake Manifold
Throttle Body
Custom length pushrods
3100/3400 throttle cable
New radiator hoses
Rocker Arms
DIS and coils (if your relocating the coil packsto the 31/3400 style)
Just to name a few things...bassiclly everything to build a complete topend of an engine but you should get the ideaComment
