Um...happy birthday, we are going to kentucky?

I won't be racing and I am still praying the POS cutlass will make it. Right now its being a turd. Should have everything worked out tomorrow though. I can take the G6 if need be but space for clothes and a tent is in the "HAHA" category. No tent would work but yeah...planned on camping. Damn weather.

It's also saying 60% chance of T-storms on Thursday night. I could live with camping in the rain, but lightning and I don't mix. I think in the interest of safety we should do a hotel Thursday night and go to the campground on Friday afternoon.

I also think we should have a final chat about it on Wednesday. I won't be able to join the chat until about 10 PM Central because I have to work, but I think everyone who is coming for the first couple days should be on to know what is going on.
I may own a GTO now, but I'm still a 60V6er at heart.

My only concern is setting up the tents in the rain. If Chris will be there thursday to camp, then so will I. Marc will already be at a hotel so we just need to know which one and you can stay in the same place.

Chat Wed. is good. Today would be good to but I don't know when I will be on. Waiting for Jon to get back so I can go put a window motor in. I am going over the rest of the car right now. Getting ready to put some rainx on the windshield since I just remembered.

We are staying at the Candlewood Suites. I wanted the kitchenette to cook lumpia (like egg rolls with less cabbage and more meat) for Saturday. Jenny is making around 100 lumpia and 4 pounds of Filipino bar-b-q on a stick. How many people are planning be there on Saturday afternoon?

I got the thermos grill out and am cleaning it up. Should work real well for pancakes and eggs and bacon for breakfast. I don't have a head count for any days but hopefully we will get some estimates when Josh gets home and others reply. I always guess 8-9 cause that is what we have pretty much had every year. Saturday will probably be the largest turnout of the weekend.

Candlewood suites is at the south side of town. If I get a room i will be staying on the south side as well as I get a discount on the hotels in that area.

I just remembered that josh will be stopping by my house. he should have room for those headers and crossmember. I will find out and let you know tomorrow Oh and yes, I have no idler pullies. I deal in parts, not whole motors so I usually don't get those pullies on anything.

do you still need gen2/3 oil filter adapters?

I have a few gen3 EGR's, a MAF and lots of other random stuff if anyone wants anything.

I should be there Thursday night, not sure on time yet. Cleaning out the car now and packing so I'll be ready, might leave 1 or 2am.

Guys, sorry I won't be able to join you this year. I'm sure I'll hear all about it from Josh when I pick him up at Ben's place on Sunday. I still have to get my oil leak around the oil pump drive O-Ring fixed before I can get the Sunbird back to the track. Have some fun for me, and maybe I can join you all for the next one!
