I just thought of something. If we did Labor Day weekend, we'd have to skip out on the Corvette tour. Unless we made it a four-day event, which I'd still be for. But it would also mean showing up Thurdsay night or Frifday morning. Whereas Labor Day weekend means we show up on Friday night. More input is needed.
I may own a GTO now, but I'm still a 60V6er at heart.

So is the meet going to be by a track at all? My achieva is track only so to bring her is to tow her.
sigpicHow to make High performance Emissions:
A "true" High flow converter, straight pipe.
Low/No flow EGR valve, block off plate.
Carbon canister and purge valve mod, place in large 30 Gallon can, cover, and place curbside, the city will do the rest.
PCV valve and vent tube, reroute to exhaust to dump where it belongs, on the ground. Or add breathers and let it all free.

The track is visible from the campground. It takes maybe 3-5 min to drive around the waterpark and through the campground to get to the track entrance. So yeah, I'd say there is one close.

Yes, a holiday weekend would work best. Hopefully it will be a weekend that I don't have a points meet on. Its about a 7 hour drive from me, which ain't that bad.

I have never backed off in my car at any event. If it breaks it get fixed, but you build it not to break.

BUT I would like to suggest someone create a list of people at least somewhat commited.

                        Shall I start?

I'll try to create a form in the next couple of days to allow people to sign up, which will then be added to a list.

Can you put it in the sticky for the meet info, and then lock it so others can't post in there? I don't seem to have the ability to lock threads.
