Something else we need to figure out is who is the go to contact for this meet. It needs to be someone with a cell phone. RednBlack would probably be best since he's handling the hotel. I'll do it otherwise if no one else wants to. Then at least people you want to make surprise appearances know where to do them.

Well. I have some Good News! (Not Geico) Weather for Mishawaka this weekend is to be in the lower 80s. Not much chance of rain.

If Ben gets the other things in order and no one has any arguements, I choose Saturday night for a BBQ!

The reservations fell out for a group rate, which was lame in the first place. The rooms are the same price. $64.99 for a Double with Queens. Chances are we can grill there in a back corner or something..Anymore input is welcome.
