I am playing hell finding anything for my car in the way of suspension. I am guessing what I will have to do is compare weight and dimensions and everything with other cars and piece together my own setup. I think for the time being I will go with KYB AGX struts and some cheap ebay adjustable coil sleeves. Just gotta figure out what length and spring rate I need. If anyone has any pointers or ideas, let me know.

Call WOT-Tech. Spend <1k and have good coilovers. Buy speedbuilt front and rear sway bars(might still have some on PFYC.com if not I have seen them pop up on GAOC.com. Strut tower bar. Alum control arms from 99 GA with poly bushings. Rear lateral links 3 options (BMR lat links for a GP, junkyard GP's lat links (tubular vs our U shape), Just box in the stock U), Same goes for rear trailing arm. Just to clarify... Alero was 1998-2004, Malibu was 1997-2003, and the Grand Am was 1999-2005.

That's where I got sleeves and nuts to replace my seized ones. I think I paid about $25/side, but I already had the upper perch for the spring. I also reused my old springs. Just throwing that out there if you go DIY.
As far as tube links on the GP, I think that's like 98 or so and newer. I replaced my stock U ones with 2000 Monte ones from Dorman and pressed out the rubber bushings and put my poly ones in.

They were on the car when I bought it. The PO had bought basically everything an old company (with a not so hot reputation) called RSM made for the W body.
Energy Suspension makes way more sizes of poly bushings than you realize, and they have them listed by size. You may be able to piece together a full poly bushing setup by going through their catalog and matching sizes if you can't find any kits. I would use online replacement parts catalogs like Advance and Rock Auto to find the size of stock bushings if it comes down to it. I would also post up what you find that could become a sticky like what we have for the W platform.

Look up on GAGT.com I feel like there was something to help with this. Control arm bushings and sway bar end links I already know you can get those poly.
