Question : 02 Montana trans issues and whats the interchange?

So I had a hum start in the front, I thought it was a wheel bearing (wound up with MPH increase like one) so I checked it out and I didn't hear it direct from it and it sounds like the trans. Heres a video

Next question is I found a 97 montana I can pick up dirt cheap and end up with a free trans and make some money after scrap. Will this work.

IIRC the 97 van might have a 4t60e, if it's got a 4t65e and the harness is the same it should swap. Trans comes out the bottom on those vans, gotta drop the subframe

Sound like something on the out put side of the trans like the differential. But the cv cup is moving alot there are needle bearing on the internal shaft of a 4t60 and the 4t65 is on the case. What trans does it have what direction does the electrical plug face?

not sure on the trans in the 97 as I didn't get a pic when I was there yesterday. Wiki shows the 97 having the 4t65e too.
