Larger throttlebody. No AFPR, no Vac mod (?), no multispark system unless you want to spend that much for 1-2 mpg increase and no performance increase.

The billet throttle bodies are out of stock currently but I do have a raffle going for the last one. WOT-Tech link at the top. Hope to have more in stock later in April. A cam would also help but I have no idea how far you wanna get into modding. Everything you listed is a waste of money other than bushings. The AFPR will only help if you do more modifications. The computer would need to be programmed to give optimal performance, but 94-95 grand ams have no support there.

afpr, you could go with an aeromotive lt-1 style, but you will need to modify your plenum and your pcv line. i machined my own poly mounts

Pioneer makes a vacuum modulator. It won't improve throttle response but does make shifts a lot less sloppy. It's used on TH350/TH400/powerglides too.

A company called Prothane makes a poly upper-engine mount insert that will work. RSM/Z-spec used to have engine mounts too...they still might but I'd rather not go there.

That looks like the one I'm using. Took a bit of coersion to stuff it into the mount but I don't think that's a bad thing.

I'm curious, are there aftermarket torque struts out there?

I'm working on something check the beretta.net message board in the performance section. I think GA's can use the same mount, you'd have to look them up at a parts store and compare part #s or use a parts store website.
