loose rocker arm

wtf thats all i can say,

soo i pulled my valve cover too try to find a knock that im having and bang a loose rocker arm, i changed the pushrod, no difference, could it be a colapsed lifter?

Do you have pushrod guides? If one of the fingers on the guide broke, then the pushrod will move out of the ball of the rocker and just bounce around inside.

only 185 km i doubt it, i think it may be a lifter and i pray its not a valve

If you have a loud tick, mostly at warm idle, it should be a flat lifter (my problem). If so, just remove the valve cover, rocker and push rod. Use a telescoping magnet with a light in it and pull it out. Use the magnet to insert the new one.
If it is more of a knock, it may be a rod bearing, hope not. Remember, you may have opened the wrong side, it happens, start the motor, when you hear the tick, use a piece of round steel or screw driver, touch it to your ear and probe around the motor until the sound is the loudest. That will be the area of the problem. Check the bottom end the same way as the sound will travel up the engine components. Best of luck!
