1998 Lumina 3100 - Timing Chain Cover Gasket
I have everything cleaned to metal except the bottom part of the engine below the crank where existing RTV needs to be cleaned off. Any suggestions on cleaning the black RTV off down to metal; a lot of it pulled off, but I didn't want to get too much contamination in the engine by scrubbing. Is there any RTV dissolver or do I just scrub until it's bare metal?
