Cam is easy. Crane, Comp, lunati, crower, etc make cams for your engine. Heads, there was a few sets of ported heads for sale the buy/sell/trade section. I haven't got into doing any of the iron head stuff yet myself. Im not sure if you have any header options now.

You may be able to utilize the shortie headers that www.killerbv6.com sells.... just something to check into.

You didn't look very hard on Crane's site...

              http://www.cranecams.com/index.php?s...ze=2.8-3.1%20L

From the 5th one to the bottom are all for the 3.1L engine.

              EDIT: Or Lunati's...

No, that means you would ideally want higher compression pistons. That cam is for solid lifters. Are you going to use solid lifters in your car? They are hydraulic stock.

What are you planning on doing overall? You can't pick a cam without knowing what you are doing with the rest of the setup.

im thinking of doing forced induction at some point down the road my goal is 350hp 300ft/lbs with bolt ons and then build the bottom end and do forced induction in the 500+hp range so im really looking for a cam, heads, intake and cat back exhaust and any other parts i can reuse when i do foreced induction.

WHOA.. why dont you juss swap a Smallblock into it?? i think ive said this to everyone on here who wants more power from there V6 f-bodies, but it looks like you want some real power.. and a S.B is the way to do it.. besides it would be tricky putting genII heads on a rwd.. and with those numbers u would need the aluminum heads

350 hp with bolt ons is impossible. Yeah, I dare someone to prove me wrong:P Seriously though, if you setup you engine to run good NA, its not going to be setup for boost. Takes a different cam, different port work for optimal results, and much different tuning.

                            V8 swap would be best.

I agree 350 with bolt ons wont be possible. A serious N/A motor might do it but it is still a daunting task.

Bring you goals for this V6 into check. 200-230 n/a and 250 to 300 with boost. This way teh engine might survive too.
